1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Cornerstone Web Design, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Cornerstone Web Design provides professional web design services including:

• Custom website design and development
• Domain registration and hosting setup assistance
• Ongoing website support and maintenance
• Basic SEO optimization

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Full payment of $500 is required before project commencement
• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
• Additional services beyond the initial scope may incur extra charges
• Hosting and domain costs are separate and paid directly to hosting providers

4. Project Timeline

We strive to complete projects within 7 business days. Timeline may vary based on:

• Complexity of the project requirements
• Timely provision of content and materials by the client
• Number of revision rounds requested
• Client responsiveness during the review process

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to communications and requests for feedback promptly
• Ensure all provided content is original or properly licensed
• Review and approve designs within the agreed timeframe

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design. However:

• Cornerstone Web Design retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio
• Any third-party assets used remain property of their respective owners
• Source code and development techniques remain property of Cornerstone Web Design

7. Revisions and Changes

Our service includes reasonable revisions during the design process. Major changes to project scope after approval may result in additional charges. We reserve the right to charge for excessive revision requests beyond normal project parameters.

8. Support and Maintenance

We provide 30 days of free support after project completion, including:

• Bug fixes and technical issues
• Minor content updates
• Basic technical support

Ongoing support beyond 30 days is available at our standard hourly rates.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cornerstone Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client will receive all completed work up to the termination date
• Payment for completed work is non-refundable
• Any ongoing hosting or domain services will continue as per their respective terms

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
